Alternative Designs for a Small Garden

The owners of this small garden requested a safe place for their children to play, a lawn,
room for a shed and native, non-poisenous plants. The garden design on the left 
includes a small lawn and hides the shed behind an existing tree and some evergreen
shrubs. This garden is to be constructed and will incorporate many plants that are 
native to the UK. An alternative design for the same garden is shown on the right. 
This is paved, and uses hedges that will give structure in winter.
